About the roles We’re inviting Trainee, Certificate III, and Diploma Educators to join our team. What you’ll do Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation Support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest,
and personal care with dignity Work collaboratively and uphold child-safe, professional practices

Mandatory requirements Trainee: Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) Certificate III Valid NSW WWCC (or willingness to apply) First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (or willingness to obtain) Strong commitment to child-safe practice and confidentiality
