We're looking for an Account Manager to join our WA Government team and support a portfolio of government clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description What You'll Be Doing

Building and maintaining positive relationships with a portfolio of government clients

Responding to client enquiries and providing timely support

Assisting clients withreplacement programs

Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience with vehicle quotes and orders.

Preparing and discussing fleet reports with clients

Identifying opportunities to help clients improve fleet performance and reduce costs

Supporting the rollout of new products and services where appropriate

Maintaining client information and activities within Salesforce

Assisting with client meetings and account reviews

Desired Skills and Experience About You You may already be working in account management, customer service, fleet administration, client services or a similar customer-focused role.

We're looking for someone who:





Enjoys building strong customer relationships

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Can work independently while also being a cooperative team member

Previous experience in fleet management, leasing, automotive, finance or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
