Live On Grounds and Maintenance Officer/Cleaner Join the Escape Parks Team – Moreton Bay Region

We are seeking the following role:

Toorbul Caravan Park

Live On Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning (approx 35 hours per week)

Note:

This is a live-on-site position, with complimentary on-site accommodation provided as part of the role.

About the Role Your primary responsibilities will include:

General grounds maintenance, mowing and garden upkeep

Cleaning and maintaining park facilities, amenities and common areas

Minor repairs and general handyman duties

Scheduled preventative maintenance

Maintaining the overall presentation, cleanliness and upkeep of the park and its facilities

Identifying and reporting maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns

Following our established cleaning, maintenance schedules, systems and procedures

Working with management to maintain high standards at all times

Live On Site and After Hours Responsibility As part of the live-on-site arrangement,



the successful candidate will also be the park's designated after-hours point of contact each night.

This involves being available on-site to respond to genuine after-hours matters requiring attention, including emergencies, significant guest disturbances or other urgent park-related issues.

The role is

not intended to provide an after-hours reception service or require active duties throughout the night ; however, the successful candidate must be

available and capable of responding appropriately when an after-hours matter arises.
