We have an exciting Part time opportunity available for customer focused pharmacy assistant to join our friendly, professional and motivated team.

Role includes some evening work and a day on the weekend. MINFOS POS and Dispensary experience highly regarded.

The primary role of the pharmacy assistant is to

Assist our customers with their healthcare needs and general enquires.

Support the pharmacists and dispensary staff.

Managing scripts in and out.

Marking off orders and replenishing stock.

Qualifications & experience

S2/S3 Certificate or Certificate II/III in community pharmacy must be held at the time of application

Exceptional Customer service and communication Skills

Dedicated work ethic and strong team player

Strong attention to detail and highly organised





Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team & take direction

Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic work ethic

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Australian citizens only are eligible for this position

Minimum of 1+ years previous pharmacy assistant experience required

Tasks & responsibilities

Customer service in all areas of the pharmacy including the News agency/Golden Casket counter

Follow all correct procedures when processing cash or credit card transactions

Display working knowledge of health conditions related to pharmacy products and services

Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy appearance in the pharmacy

Assist in maintaining stock presentation, including cleaning and shelf labelling

Assist in unpacking and putting away stock
