Rio Tinto is seeking a Controller – Fixed Plant to support Pilbara operations from the Integrated Control room near Perth Airport. This 24/7 role involves coordinating fixed plant activities, monitoring performance and ensuring secure, efficient operations within the mine’s integrated network. Reporting to the Supervisor PMO Control, you will work with site teams to support production, maintenance and timely decision‑making in a demanding environment at the Perth Operations Centre.
