Role & Client Overview:
n A leading professional services firm is seeking an in-house Finance Manager to join its Brisbane CBD office. This is a broad opportunity offering exposure across financial operations, reporting, commercial finance and business projects while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.
n
The Prospect:
n Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function with support from the wider team. This role offers a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

The Role:
n
n
- Oversee the firm's finance operations, reporting and compliance
n
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reporting
n
- Manage cash flow, reconciliations and financial controls
n
- Oversee trust accounting and audit requirements
n
- Partner with the executive team to provide commercial insights
n
- Lead and support the finance team while driving process improvements
n
n
About You:
n
n
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards), or an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager
n
- Trust accounting experience is essential
n
- Strong financial reporting, stakeholder management and leadership skills
n
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to contribute beyond the day-to-day finance function
n
