What you'll be doing:

- Managing your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

- Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs

- Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-up

- Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and internal procedures

- Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

What you'll bring:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Residential Property Management

- Current ACT Property Management Registration
n
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
