As a Warehouse and Counter Sales professional at Boltmasters, you play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service at our Cairns branch. What you'll be doing

- Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
n
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimised
n
- Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations
n
- Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring safe packing and shipping
n
- Participating in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures
n
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the warehouse operations
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Strong customer service skills, the willingness to learn, and an ability to provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers once trained.
n
- Confidence in using Microsoft computer systems to work within our inventory and sales system
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable but not required
n
- Currently living or willing to relocate to Cairns
n
