Care Circle is an NDIS provider supporting participants across mental health, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Complex Behaviours in Sydney.

We are currently looking for Support Workers between 25–30 (as per our participants preference) to provide support for one of our participants near Blacktown. Immediate start available. We're seeking an individual who has 6 months – 1 year minimum experience in the NDIS Disability Sector.

Support with Appointments and Outings

Assistance with Daily Living Tasks

Building Independence and Life Skills

Light Domestic Assistance and Meal Prep

Progress Notes (shift notes) and Documentation

n

Promoting Choice, Dignity, and Inclusion

n

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

n

Current First Aid and CPR certification

n

Valid Australian Driver's License

n

Reliable Insured Vehicle

n

Robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills

n

Ability To Work Independently And As Part of a Team

n

Minimum 6–12 Months Experience In The Disability Support Sector

This is a Casual Position based on SCHADS Award with the pay rate depending on qualifications and experience .
