We are currently seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our Coolangatta contact centre on a permanent full-time basis.
This is more than an admin role, you'll be the backbone of our remote assessment team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.
The role: Managing a high volume of outbound calls to coordinate client appointments (non-sales role) Scheduling and confirming appointments with accuracy and care Maintaining high-quality data across multiple systems Supporting assessors to stay on track with appointments Working in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
About you: Experience in a call centre or fast-paced admin role Confidence handling high call volumes professionally and empathetically Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone Ability to use multiple systems, including Microsoft Office A reliable and organised approach to meeting performance targets Strong attention to detail
What success looks like: Delivering a positive client experience on every call High levels of accuracy in scheduling and data entry Supporting team performance and workflow efficiency Contributing to a collaborative team culture
