About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Sydney team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT deployment projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships. This casual position offers the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and workload.

Key Responsibilities

Install and decommission computers and associated IT equipment

Assist with planning and execution of deployment projects

Provide floor walk support and troubleshoot issues

Lead small teams when required

Complete accurate reporting, including customer sign-off and asset reports

Maintain high standards of WH&S; and quality compliance

Location:

Sydney-based role,



our warehouse is located in Arndell Park (NSW).

Travel:

Metro, regional, and remote work may be required, including after-hours and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in IT hardware refresh projects

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage priorities and lead small teams

WH&S; awareness and physical fitness

Full driver’s licence (LR / MR truck licence highly regarded)

Permanent work rights with no restrictions (Defence clearance desirable)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop hardware/software installation

Qualifications

IT certification (A+, Cert IV, Diploma or similar)
