We are seeking a Junior Family Lawyer with a strong foundation in family law to join a agile team in the Gold Coast. About the Role: This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of Family Law matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the chance to be autonomous and work on your own file load while also having mentorship available to you at all times. You will be managing a varied caseload including but not limited to: Parenting matters and living arrangements for children Division of property following the breakdown of a marriage or de facto relationship Child maintenance About You: To excel in this role, you will have: minimum 1 year of post-admission experience in Family Law. Hands-on experience with Court processes and case management. Drafting and publishing Court orders with precision and attention to detail. Reviewing affidavits and preparing legal documents. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively. A proactive mindset and attention to detail in legal drafting and research.
