Administration Officer

to join our team full time. This is an important role within our business, with a strong focus on

daily cash handling, account processing and accurate data entry . We’re looking for someone who is confident working with numbers, has exceptional attention to detail and can manage their workload efficiently in a busy environment. What you'll be doing

Daily

cash handling, counting and reconciliation

Accurate

account and data entry

Processing invoices

Checking figures and ensuring records are accurate

Maintaining organised accounts and administrative records

General office administration

Managing emails and phone enquiries

Supporting management with day-to-day administrative duties

We're looking for someone who...

Has

excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Is confident working with





cash handling

Has strong computer and data-entry skills

Is organised and has

excellent time-management skills

Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Is reliable, trustworthy and punctual

Takes pride in their work and follows tasks through to completion

Can work independently and as part of a team

Has a friendly and qualified manner

Previous experience in

administration, data entry or cash reconciliation
