Forsight Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Jacaranda House in Glenmore Park/Shellharbour. The role is hybrid, with frontline client support and leadership duties. You will work with a Client Care Manager to lead a small team of Active Support Workers in delivering person-centred care. You will need Cert III in Disability or related discipline, plus minimum 1 year in a similar role, and be able to work across a 24/7 rotating roster with strength in communication and teamwork.
