About The Role

With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, as the Cafe Manager you’ll be responsible for:



Leading a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products Providing hands‑on training and offering feedback Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s Leading all store operations and standards Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers Full time opportunity to work across a versatile 7-day roster About You
