This varied role will be responsible for keeping our online orders, inventory and customer service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities Process, pick, pack and dispatch online orders Manage inventory and monitor stock levels Coordinate incoming stock and supplier orders Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and lead times Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Assist with order, freight and delivery issues Maintain accurate product and inventory information in Shopify Keep the dispatch and stock areas organised Work with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently

About you Organised, reliable and detail-oriented Confident using computers and learning current systems A good communicator who enjoys helping customers Comfortable dealing with suppliers and following things up Able to work independently and as part of a small team Practical, proactive and willing to get stuck in Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, inventory or automotive parts is an advantage, but not essential
