Amida Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-rise window and façade cleaning unit, coordinating multiple sites and ensuring Australian Standards and OHS compliance.

You will oversee 30–35 staff, manage tenders and pricing, liaise with clients, and drive efficiency. This office-based role includes travel to sites across Melbourne with hours 6:30am–3:30pm.
