Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers
n
- Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
n
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
n
- Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers
n
- Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements
n
- Ferry vehicles as needed
n
- Participating in 'start & close of day' activities
n
- General customer reception & enquiries by telephone and front desk
n
- Accepting bookings and completing Rental Agreements for Hertz Rental
n
- Receipting payment by retail and account customers
n

About you

n

n
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
n
- Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred
n
- A full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
n
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
