We are a modern security company operating a 24/7 video verification control room, focused on monitoring private property and construction sites. We're seeking part-time operators who are reliable, focused, and ready for an immediate start.

The Role

n

Monitor security alarms triggered by AI-based detection systems

n

Video-verify intrusions on private property and dispatch emergency services when necessary

n

Accurately log incidents and communications

n

Follow professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

n

Work rotating shifts, including evening and overnight work

n

$29 – $67 per hour + 12% super, depending on shift timing

Requirements

n

Queensland Security Officer Licence (Monitoring/Control Room function)

n

Excellent attention to detail

n

Clear communication skills (verbal and written)

n

Ability to work independently, particularly during evening and overnight periods

n

Basic computer skills (experience with CCTV or alarm platforms preferred)

n

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered (essential)

n

Experience in security control rooms or CCTV monitoring

n

Previous emergency services or dispatch exposure
