Based in Brisbane's inner city, this role will see you managing a portfolio across the southern suburbs of Brisbane while playing a key part in delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential complexes, ensuring high standards of presentation, service, and tenant satisfaction are consistently maintained. With multiple future development stages already in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and expanding organisation that offers long-term career progression and the chance to grow alongside the business.

The Opportunity

- Oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio currently sitting at approximately 120 properties, with further growth planned
- Deliver a premium customer experience for both landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors, caretakers, builders, and Body Corporate
- Manage leasing activity, routine inspections, arrears, renewals, and day-to-day tenancy matters
- Ensure all records, compliance, and reporting are maintained accurately and efficiently
- Build trusted relationships with owners through strong communication and proactive service




- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across the complex

About You

- Previous experience in residential property management (minimum 4 years preferred)
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Ability to confidently manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues professionally
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Experience working alongside Body Corporate or within onsite management environments is highly regarded
