About Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team based in Strathpine. Working within a small, high-performing team, you will take ownership of end-to-end accounts payable activities across a complex operational environment, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately, reconciliations are completed on time and vendor relationships are maintained to a high standard.

This role will suit a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will build robust relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and confidently follow queries through to resolution. With excellent organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset,



in this role you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, efficient and compliant accounts payable processes.

More About You!

- Hands on experience in a full-function Accounts Payable role.
- Understanding of working within a large or complex business environment.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or similar industries.
- Confident using ERP systems, with JDE experience highly regarded.
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Suite
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support both team and business objectives
