- Manage a high quality portfolio while partnering with experienced property and facilities management professionals.

- Take ownership of day to day facilities operations, contractor performance, compliance, maintenance and asset optimisation.

Who are we looking for

- Previous experience in a Facilities Manager role managing industrial, logistics or commercial assets.

- Strong understanding of building operations, essential services, contractor management, maintenance planning and statutory compliance.

- Experience managing operating budgets, forecasting expenditure and preparing client reports.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of 6 assets based out of Parramatta.

- Manage the day to day facilities operations across a portfolio of industrial assets including warehouses, factories and distribution centres.

- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring assets are operating safely and efficiently.

- Manage contractor performance and service delivery across all sites.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, essential services regulations,



workplace health and safety standards and environmental obligations.

- Manage operating budgets, monitor expenditure and prepare regular client reporting.

- Conduct regular site inspections and identify opportunities to improve asset performance, operational efficiency and occupier experience.

- Coordinate capital works, building upgrades and minor projects as required.
