We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Production Worker. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Work on a fast-paced production line
- Assemble suspension components
- Perform general production and machine operating duties
- Conduct quality inspections
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or machine operation (highly regarded)
- A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills and team work
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport to and from work
Work Environment
This role involves:
- Standing for the majority of the shift
- Repetitive production work
- Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Essential Requirements
- Available to work the afternoon shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight)
- Able to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, if required
