I am looking for a qualified Refrigeration Mechanics looking to join a reliable and growing team in Sydney.

We’re partnering with leading mechanical and refrigeration companies seeking experienced tradespeople for a range of commercial and industrial projects across Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, servicing, and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning systems OR installation if this is your preference
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in cool rooms, freezer rooms, and display cabinets
- Working with chillers, split systems, and commercial refrigeration units
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Providing professional, customer-focused service on-site

You will have:

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)




- You will have experience in service and maintenance or installation of refrigeration systems- we have roles in both sides!
- Current ARCtick licence
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Solid knowledge of refrigeration principles, controls, and diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience across commercial or industrial environments preferred
