REGISTERED OR ENROLLED NURSE – GENERAL PRACTICE
Northern Suburbs, Adelaide

Our expanding General Practices , located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, are experiencing continued growth. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly and supportive team of Health Care Professionals.

Previous General Practice experience is not necessarily required.
Freshly graduated nurses and Graduate Nurse Program aspirants are warmly encouraged to apply.
Full training and support will be provided.

This position involves treatment room duties, chronic disease care planning, health assessments, recalls, and a variety of general nursing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be motivated, eager to learn, able to show initiative, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.





Preferred skills and experience (training provided):

- ECGs

- Spirometry

- Childhood immunisations

- Assisting with Implanon insertion

- Wound care

- Ordering and stock control of medical consumables

- Assisting GPs with minor procedures

- Recalls and reminder systems

- Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans

- Cold Chain Management

- Good computer skills.

- Ability to build excellent rapport with patients and show compassion

Essential requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work with initiative and adapt in a quick-paced environment

- Interest in Chronic Disease Management, Care Planning, and Health Assessments
