We're looking for experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Perth, WA.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients with high care needs, including Dysphagia, PEG Feeding, Bowel Care, Seizure Management Medication Competency and Personal Care

You will be confident providing safe, respectful and individualised care while supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 6 months' full-time experience working in Disability
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- Experience with Dysphagia, PEG Feeding, Bowel Care and Seizure Management
- Experience with Personal Care
- Medication Assistance Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing person-centred care
