Its finance team works closely together to keep month-end accurate and on schedule, while identifying opportunities to improve manual processes and leverage AI. You will be surrounded by several CPA qualified accounting professionals who you will be able to learn and grow from. The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Prepare month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, process depreciation and reconcile it to the ledger.
- Manage routine accounting and BAS preparation for smaller group entities.
- Check that vehicle-related costs and revenue are accurately recorded and billed.
- Reconcile bank and superannuation accounts, investigate variances and assist with ad hoc invoicing.




- Contribute ideas as the team improves and automates its processes.

Your Profile

- You have hands-on month-end accounting experience and can investigate discrepancies independently.
- You have an accounting degree and may be working towards your CPA.
- You bring strong attention to detail and can manage recurring deadlines.
- You have used MYOB or a similar accounting system and have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- You enjoy working with colleagues in person and are interested in making processes more effective.
