We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our busy Dianella dealership. If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and pride yourself on great customer service and accuracy, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team.

About the role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by supporting both internal workshop staff and external customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Interpret and supply parts for retail, trade, and workshop customers

- Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently

- Maintain stock control, receipting, and inventory management

- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone preferably with previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally within an automotive dealership environment, who understands the importance of accuracy and efficiency. You will bring strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide support to both internal teams and external customers.





A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential in this role, as you’ll be managing multiple tasks and ensuring orders and inventory are handled correctly. You’ll thrive in a rapid-paced team environment, working collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly. Experience using parts catalogues and systems will be highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.
