Located in Kalgoorlie WA 6430, The Miners Rest Motel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter Supervisor to become part of their hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating wait staff to ensure efficient and professional food and beverage service.
• Allocating duties and assisting with the organisation of staff during service periods.
• Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Monitoring service standards and assisting staff in responding to customer enquiries and requests.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Assisting with the training and guidance of wait staff in service procedures and workplace standards.
• Handling customer concerns and resolving service issues in a professional manner.
• Ensuring dining and service areas are maintained in a clean,



organised and presentable condition.
• Supporting compliance with food safety, hygiene, responsible service and workplace procedures.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience in food and beverage service, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and support staff in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff.
• Skilled presentation and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain organised and attentive during busy service periods.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum
