As our Store Manager, you’ll lead a talented, creative team in a role that combines customer service, sales, and design. If you love home styling, art, photography, or design — and have a track record of driving results in retail — this is your chance to bring it all together.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve their best

- Deliver warm, expert service that keeps customers coming back

- Create and present custom framing solutions tailored to each client

- Drive sales and achieve store targets whilst delivering eye-catching visual merchandising that inspires

What You’ll Bring

- Retail management experience (homewares, design, fashion, photography,



floristry, lighting, soft furnishings, or similar fields welcome)

- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- A creative eye and passion for design

- Organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

- Positive, approachable personality that customers and staff love
