Maybe you've spent years on the tools and you're over roof spaces in a Queensland summer. Maybe you've come from aircon sales, wholesale or supply and know the products inside out. Either way, if you can look at a room and pick the right unit, and explain split vs ducted without reading off a brochure, that knowledge is worth a lot in front of a customer. What you'll be doing

- Securing air conditioning work through accurate, timely quotes and estimates

- Working alongside our trade-qualified Service Managers and in-house Sales Team

- Supporting our field technicians with the quoting they need to keep jobs moving

- Running site assessments and customer appointments, managing your own diary

- Building strong relationships with customers, because repeat work is how we've lasted 20 years

What you bring

- Solid air conditioning knowledge,



whether from the trade, sales, wholesale or supply

- A trade qualification in aircon or electrical is a bonus, but not essential

- Experience with split and ducted systems (highly regarded)

- Confidence talking to people. You don't have to be a "salesy" type, just honest and knowledgeable

- Valuable written and verbal communication

- Good computer skills, including quoting or job-management software (we'll train you on our systems)

- A team player who cares about getting it right for the customer

- Current driver's licence
