The Position Involves:

- Preparing quotes and accurately processing customer orders

- Responding to product and technical enquiries

- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails

- Providing professional and friendly customer service





- Coordinating stock availability and deliveries with yard staff

- Receiving and processing incoming goods

- Assisting with stock control and purchasing

- Managing returns, invoices and special-order items

- Liaising with suppliers and updating pricing and discounts in the online system

- Providing general administrative support

What we are looking for:

- A team player who can also work independently

- Experience in timber, construction, or hardware such as Bunnings is a bonus

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Pronto preferred)

- Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy

- POS experience and a customer-first attitude

- Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling

- Must be open to completing a pre-employment medical check

No Industry experience? Not a problem!
