Transfer Station Attendant

- $38.44 per hour + penalties + super
- Monday to Friday roster
- 7am to 5pm with available OT

About the Client:

Our client is Australias largest waste management and resource recovery company, providing essential waste and environmental services to communities, businesses, industries, and government organisations across the country. The company plays a key role in managing Australias waste responsibly, with a strong focus on resource recovery, recycling, sustainability, and environmental protection.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Responsible for assisting customers and contractors by directing them to the appropriate disposal and recycling areas, while providing friendly and professional customer service to support the smooth operation of the site.

- Inspect, sort, and manage incoming waste and recyclable materials, ensuring materials are handled appropriately and the transfer station remains clean, organised, safe, and compliant with relevant environmental requirements.

- Operate site equipment and carry out basic maintenance where authorised, while consistently following all workplace health and safety, environmental,



and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

What You Will Need:

- Physical fitness and be able to lift moderate to heavy loads
- Drivers Licence with your own reliable transport
- High risk forklift licence
