About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage equipment across customer sites throughout the Mackay region. Working autonomously, you will diagnose faults, complete preventative maintenance, and deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. This role is ideally suited to a qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys hands-on work and autonomous field service activities

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair equipment faults at customer sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and service activities
- Support a wide range of beverage dispensing and refrigeration equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
- Maintain accurate service records and reporting documentation
- Manage vehicle stock and parts inventory efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and proactively identify risks
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support on a rotating roster




- Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives

Skills and Experience Required

- Trade qualification in Electrical or Refrigeration
- Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using field service technology and IT systems
- Full and valid Driver's Licence
- Experience with coffee machines or coffee service environments highly regarded
