This is far more than a traditional administration role. Working closely with an incredibly successful yet down-to-earth Director, you will become a trusted right hand — managing competing priorities, keeping the day running seamlessly and providing sophisticated support across business, property and occasional personal matters.

The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Director while working closely with a team of agents and key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with clients, agents, investors and key stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and correspondence
- Managing communications and ensuring actions are followed through
- Handling confidential and sensitive business matters with complete discretion
- Coordinating property documentation, contracts and due diligence processes
- Tracking transactions, deadlines and key property projects
- Liaising with senior executives, clients, consultants and property professionals
- Providing support across business and occasional personal administration
- Anticipating upcoming requirements and proactively managing priorities
- Ensuring the Director and wider team remain organised, prepared and one step ahead
About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate, property or a corporate environment
- Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to confidently manage multiple competing priorities
- Proactive, switched-on and solutions focused
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-level clientele
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and driver’s licence
