Senior Property Manager & Experienced Leasing Manager

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for two experienced property professionals to join a well-established boutique real estate agency based in Melbourne's Inner Northern suburbs.

With a solid presence across Victoria and a growing property management division, this business offers a supportive team environment, excellent resources and a genuine focus on staff culture and development.

Senior Property Manager Salary: $90,000–$95,000 + super

The Role Working alongside a team of experienced Property Managers, you will manage a clean well maintained portfolio located across Melbourne's Inner North suburbs.

You will be supported by dedicated leasing, inspections, administration and assistant property management staff, allowing you to focus on delivering quality property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 220 residential properties.
- Oversee end-to-end property management.
- Maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections and day-to-day property matters.
- Work collaboratively with leasing, inspections and administration teams.
- Attend final inspections as required.




- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

About You

- 3 + years experience in residential property management.
- Current Agents Representative Certificate.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team-focused approach.
- Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express is advantageous.

Experienced Leasing Manager Salary: $70,000 + super + $10,000 fuel allowance!

The Role Working alongside two other Leasing Managers and offshore support staff, you will play a key role in managing the leasing process across a high-volume residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end leasing process.




- Conduct leasing appointments and open-for-inspections.
- Manage rental applications and liaise with prospective renters.
- Work closely with Property Managers and support teams.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient leasing experience.
- Maintain robust communication with rental providers and applicants.
