Summary

Our client, Tele Space, is a technology-focused retail and service business headquartered in Western Australia. They operate across multiple locations throughout Western Australia, including Mirrabooka, Ocean Keys and Rockingham, with more locations coming soon.

Offering a broad range of computers, technology products and accessories, together with phone, computer and 3D printer repairs, and 3D modelling services, they are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to manage and grow retail operations, lead their team and maintain a high standard of customer service.

The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the daily operations of the retail store and coordinate retail service activities.

• Determine product range, stock levels, pricing and customer service standards.

• Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory control and stock movements.

• Develop and implement sales, marketing and promotional strategies.

• Monitor sales performance, operating costs,



budgets and financial transactions.

• Recruit, roster, train, supervise and support retail staff.

• Ensure customer enquiries and complaints are handled professionally.

• Coordinate sales and customer-service processes with the business’s repair and technical service teams.

• Maintain workplace procedures and ensure compliance with work health and safety requirements.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

• Diploma in retail management, business, management or IT.

• At least one year of relevant retail management or supervisory experience.

• Experience managing stock, purchasing, pricing, sales performance and retail staff.

• Solid leadership, organisational and customer-service skills.

• Sound understanding of retail budgeting and financial controls.

• Experience in technology, computers, telecommunications or consumer electronics retail will be highly regarded.
