Your new role
As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating multiple streams of work, providing governance oversight, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects and program work streams.
- Working closely with senior leaders, project teams, and subject-matter experts to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Establishing and maintaining effective governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
- Driving project scheduling, dependency management, risk management, and delivery planning.
- Coordinating project resources, including project support and administration teams.
- Facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary stakeholders and business units.
- Developing and implementing consistent project management processes and controls.
- Supporting organisational change, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.




- Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex business transformation, organisational change, or strategic programs.
- Strong project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams and competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- The ability to operate effectively within complex and politically sensitive environments.
- Proven experience driving business improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating project delivery teams.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or equivalent.
