As a Butcher at Al Madina Halal Meat and Groceries Pty LTD, you will play a vital role in preparing, cutting, and packaging halal-certified meat products, ensuring adherence to halal standards and maintaining high levels of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut, trim, debone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, poultry, and lamb to prepare them for cooking.
- Arrange and display meat cuts and products in an attractive manner to catch shoppers' attention.
- Prepare special meat cuts as ordered by customers.
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts using boning knives, skewers, and twine.
- Total sales and collect payments from customers.
- Wrap, weigh, label, and price meat cuts.
- Estimate needs and order meat supplies to maintain inventory levels.




- Negotiate order details with supply company representatives.
- Receive, inspect, and store meat deliveries to ensure quality.
- Record the quantities of meat received and issued, and maintain records of meat sales.

Skill and duties required:

- Preferred relevant qualification
