Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Supplier and creditor management
- Payment runs and reconciliations
- Credit card, supplier statement and general ledger reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register maintenance
- Support month-end reporting activities
- Assist with payroll and accounts receivable as required
About You
- Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Officer experience
- Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
- Experience using ERP or financial management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently within a small team environment
Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain
- Valid National Police Clearance (NPC) or ability to obtain
