The Opportunity

As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our projects. Working closely with construction and project teams, you'll help manage procurement, cost control and contract administration while developing the commercial acumen needed to progress your career.

In this role you will:

- Support the procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
- Assess progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments.
- Assist with project forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Contribute to the management of contractual obligations and commercial risk.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for commercially minded professionals who enjoy solving problems, building robust relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.

You'll ideally bring

- A minimum of 2 years' experience working on commercial building projects as either a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor.
- Sound understanding of contract administration, procurement, project cost control and financial management principles.




- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial acumen, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to build productive relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
- A positive mindset, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding project outcomes.
