Our client, a well‑established blinds and shutters manufacturer, is currently seeking reliable Production & Assembly Workers to join their busy team in the Seven Hills / Blacktown area. This is a great long‑term opportunity for hands‑on workers looking for stable hours and the chance to move permanent.

About the Role
You will work within a production environment completing assembly, cutting, and general warehouse tasks while following job sheets and quality standards.





Key Responsibilities

- Assembly of blinds and shutters
- Reading job sheets and following measurements and specifications
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Using hand tools and basic power tools
- General warehouse duties & manual handling

What You'll need

- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Confidence using hand tools
- Valuable attention to detail
- Ability to read job sheets and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transport and full weekday availability
