Company Overview
We're partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing organisation to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant into a newly created position. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically robust accountant to step into a high-visibility role with significant ownership, international stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to help shape future finance processes.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, with a strong focus on consolidations, audit support and technical accounting.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading quarterly and annual group consolidation processes
- Preparing consolidation schedules and supporting reporting packs
- Managing month-end and year-end reporting activities
- Supporting annual audit requirements and responding to audit queries
- Applying IFRS accounting standards to complex reporting matters
- Building strong relationships with local and international stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls
- Assisting with technical accounting research and financial statement disclosures

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

- CA qualified (or CPA with strong technical reporting experience)




- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards
- Experience supporting external audit processes
- Advanced Excel capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on and collaborative approach
- Prior experience with Pronto advantageous however not essential
