With a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the team on a medium-density apartment development in Melbourne.

About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the design, documentation and delivery of the project.

This position would suit an experienced Project Coordinator who has worked on medium-density apartment projects and is looking to take on greater responsibility within an established builder.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate design, consultants and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings and design queries
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor packages
- Coordinate architectural, structural and services documentation
- Work closely with the site team to resolve design and construction issues
- Monitor programme requirements and key project deliverables




- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Support the Project Manager across overall project delivery

Job Requirements:
To be considered, you will ideally have:

- 4+ years' experience within the construction industry
- Proven experience working on medium-density apartment projects
- Experience with a reputable head contractor or builder
- Strong understanding of design coordination and construction documentation
- Good knowledge of apartment construction methodology and sequencing
- Experience coordinating consultants and subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Relevant construction, engineering or architecture qualification preferred

Previous medium-density apartment experience is essential.
