The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our busy and high-performing collision repair centre in Breadalbane.

This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, driving performance, and ensuring every repair is delivered safely, efficiently and to OEM standards.

Working closely with your team, you'll create a positive, productive culture while balancing workflow, customer expectations and business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading a safety-first workplace culture focused on quality and performance
- Managing the repair journey from vehicle arrival through to customer delivery
- Ensuring repairs are completed on time, within budget and to OEM requirements
- Coordinating labour, parts, paint and workshop resources to maximise efficiency
- Driving productivity, workflow and operational performance
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Maintaining strong quality control, compliance and workshop standards




- Supporting exceptional customer and insurer outcomes

About You

You're an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven organisational and problem-solving capability
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
- Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for the industry
