We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our well-established and highly regarded Estate Litigation team.

The Role

You’ll manage a diverse and rewarding estate litigation practice, with exposure to a broad range of matters including:

- Contested estates and estate disputes
- Family Provision Act claims
- Disputes involving executors, administrators and beneficiaries
- Will validity and interpretation disputes
- Testamentary capacity and undue influence matters
- Probate and administration disputes
- Estate-related mediation and negotiations
- Court proceedings and other dispute resolution processes
- Working closely with clients, you’ll provide strategic, practical and empathetic advice while navigating complex and often sensitive estate disputes.

About You

You’ll bring:

- Solid experience in estate litigation, succession law or a similar litigation practice
- Experience managing contested estates and estate-related disputes

- A team-oriented approach and the confidence to work within a team
