About the Role:

Liebherr Australia Pty. Ltd. is offering an exciting traineeship opportunity within our Sydney, Erskine Park branch for a motivated individual to join the team as an Admin Trainee.

As an Admin Trainee, you’ll be trained and supported by experienced team members across all facets of our administrative and business operations. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and nationally recognised training while being part of a globally respected organisation.

Our Admin Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business administration, from assisting with customer enquiries and supporting internal and external stakeholder, preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents. You’ll rotate through various departments,



gaining insights into how our business operates and contributing to our ongoing success. This program reflects our dedication to reliability, performance, and developing talent for the future of our organisation.

The Opportunity:

- Build practical administration capability and gain a broad understanding of how administrative functions support the broader business.

- Develop strong administrative skills through hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations

- Participate in structured learning and on-the-job experience, including Registered Training Organisation (RTO) training, product training, and interactive teaching sessions

Skills & Experience:

- Whether you're finishing school, returning to the workforce, or seeking a fresh career path, we'd love to hear from you.

- Motivated team players with a keen interest in business administration.

- Are curious, eager to learn, and quick to adapt.

- Possess strong communication skills (oral and written).

- Enjoy planning, organizing, and working with computers.

- Are diligent, reliable, and responsible in completing tasks.

- Initiative and self-driven with problem solving skills.

- Driver’s license is preferred.
