About the role

As our RTO Administrator, you'll keep the student experience running smoothly from enrolment through to certification. You'll look after student support, manage records in aXcelerate, and help keep us compliant. This role suits someone who is self-motivated and organised working from home, while also enjoying being part of a friendly team.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to student enquiries by email, support tickets and live chat, within our 1 hour response standard
- Manage enrolments, student records and certificates in aXcelerate
- Process assessment submissions and course completion notices
- Handle USI verification and student documentation
- Support employer and group enrolments
- Maintain accurate records in line with ASQA and Standards for RTOs requirements
- Work with the team to improve processes and the student experience

About you

- Experience in RTO administration or a similar education role
- Working knowledge of aXcelerate
- Strong written communication and a kind, friendly manner with students




- Well organised and able to manage your own workload without close supervision
- Reliable and available during business hours
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet
- Experience with Zendesk and LiveChat (desirable)
- Understanding of VET compliance and the Standards for RTOs (desirable)
- Experience in food safety or hospitality training (desirable)
