Boggabri Coal Mine (BCO) is an open-cut coal operation producing in excess of 7 million tonnes per annum, and with a mine life extending through until 2036. BCO is located approximately 68kms from Narrabri, 53kms from Gunnedah and 20km from Boggabri NSW. These historic small country towns offer community spirit and a unique and diverse country lifestyle.

How you will contribute:

- Maintenance planning & scheduling for the heavy mobile equipment fleet which includes a mix of Excavators, Hitachi and Komatsu Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders and ancillary equipment.
- Work closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Superintendents, Procurement and external service providers to support the effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.
- Interact with maintenance personnel providing guidance on best practice and adherence to Boggabri Coal operational and safety standards.

What we're looking for:
You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.

- Trade qualification (preferred) or a minimum of three years relevant experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.




- Previous experience in maintenance planning within the mining sector, heavy industry or comparable operational systems.
- Knowledge of surface mining operations and maintenance practices.
- You're a highly organised person with prior experience using CMMS systems e.g. SAP, AMT, JDE etc.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and planning tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, cooperative and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.
