Johns Lyng Group is one of Australia's leading integrated building services groups, restoring homes and businesses after insured events and disasters. We've grown through a family of operating companies, and we're now bringing them together on Beyond, our own next-generation operating platform built by our in-house product and engineering team.

We're looking for an Integration Lead to make that happen.

The role
You'll own the rollout of Beyond and related technology and process changes across our group companies. That means sitting between our Beyond product team and the people who run our businesses day to day, working out
what each company needs, what the platform can do, and how to get from one to the other without disrupting the clients and field teams who depend on us.
This isn't a role where you manage a plan from a distance. You'll be in the businesses, running discovery sessions, challenging old ways of working, keeping the product team focused on what really matters, and standing next to
the operations team on go-live day.

What you'll do

- Plan and lead integration programs for group businesses, from discovery through to go-live, hypercare and switching off legacy systems
- Work hand in hand with the Beyond product and engineering team, turning business needs into clear, prioritised requirements
- Partner with operations leaders and local IT teams on process change, data migration, training and cutover
- Manage several rollouts at once, keeping risks, dependencies and decisions visible




- Build a repeatable integration playbook that makes every rollout faster than the last
- Report clearly and honestly to the Group CTO and executive team

What you'll bring

- A proven track record leading technology rollouts or business integrations across multiple sites or entities
- Strong project management, with the discipline to keep a plan on track and the flexibility to adapt when
- reality hits
- Experience working with product and engineering teams, and the credibility to hold your own with them
- Real change management experience with operational and field-based workforces
- The ability to build trust quickly with everyone from site coordinators to executives
- Bonus points for experience in insurance repair, construction, field services, or an acquisitive group
